Order Processing

All orders are made to order and carefully prepared before shipping.

• Production Time: 1–2 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

• Standard Tracked Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days (including production)

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to deliver your order on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or carrier disruptions.

If your package is delayed, please allow a little extra time before contacting us.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your estimated delivery window has passed, or your tracking status shows Delivered but you haven’t received your package, we’re happy to help. Please report any lost or missing package within 30 days of the shipping date.

• Ask family members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
